Tuscan Beans with Tomato & Sage2 side portions
ingredients: 225g Casa Rinaldi cannellini beans (1 can, liquid reserved) 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil ½ cup tomato, chopped in juice 2 cloves garlic, smashed ½ tsp fine sea salt ½ tsp dried sage ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper Method 1. drain & reserve liquid of 1 can of Alis cannellini beans 2. sauté garlic & sage in olive oil for about 1 minute 3. add tomato, salt & pepper and mix well 4. add drained Alis cannellini beans 5. simmer about 15minutes, adding reserved liquid if too dry Compliments roasted meats or something tasty from the bbq! |
托斯卡尼山艾番茄白腰豆2人份副餐
材料: 225g Casa Rinaldi 白腰豆(1罐, 水分瀝乾, 保存備用) 2 tbsp 冷壓初榨橄欖油 ½ cup 碎粒蕃茄 2 cloves 蒜頭, 壓碎’ ½ tsp 細粒海鹽 ½ tsp 乾燥山艾葉 ¼ tsp 新鮮研磨黑胡椒粉 做法 1. Alis白腰豆1罐, 將罐內水分瀝乾並保留備用 2. 將蒜頭 & 山艾葉與橄欖油以平底鍋拌炒約1分鐘 3. 再加入番茄, 海鹽 & 黑胡椒充分拌炒均勻 4. 最後加入瀝乾的Alis白腰豆 5. 轉小火煨煮約15分鐘, 若水分蒸發太快可適量添加保留備用的豆湯 適合搭配烘烤的肉類以及BBQ燒烤一起食用! |
