ingredients: 75mL Costa D’oro filtered Extra Virgin Olive Oil 75mL red wine vinegar 1 tsp fine sea salt 15g garlic (3 medium cloves) 30g hot chilies, sliced (10 medium chilies) Method : 1. combine chili, garlic & salt in a food processor and blend 2. add chili paste to a pre-sterilized jar 3. add red wine vinegar 4. add Costa D’oro filtered Extra Virgin Olive Oil 5. shake to mix well and refrigerate for up to 1 month Add zest to your dishes or use as a spicy marinade for meat! |

材料: 75ml Costa D’oro 頂級冷壓初榨橄欖油 (過濾) 75ml 紅酒醋 1tsp 細粒海鹽 15g 蒜頭 (約三瓣中型蒜頭) 30g 辣度較高的新鮮辣椒, 切碎 (約10根中型辣椒) 做法: 1. 將辣椒, 蒜頭 & 海鹽全部放入食物調理機打成泥狀 2. 將打好的辣椒泥倒入乾淨或預先消毒過的罐子中 3. 加入紅酒醋 4. 加入Costa D’oro 頂級冷壓初榨橄欖油 (過濾) 5. 搖晃均勻後靜置冷藏, 可保存一個月 為佳餚增添風味, 亦可做為肉類的辣味醃料 |
