Creamy Venetian Polenta2 side portions
ingredients: 1 tbsp Molino Peila instant polenta 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 750mL chicken stock Method : 1. heat stock in at least a 2L pot (you’ll need the extra room) 2. when close to a boil, add the olive oil 3. add Molino Peila instant polenta lower heat to avoid splatter 4. stir constantly with a wooden spoon or whisk for 2 minutes Enjoy as a time saving alternative to mashed potatoes! |
